  1. Shaguma Garden Café  Parties are managed and operated by Shaguma Garden Parties (Pty) Ltd (“the Organiser”).

  2. While the Organiser, its agents and employees will take all reasonable precautions in organizing the   Party, all participation and use of the services in such Shaguma Garden Kiddies Party will be at your risk and you hereby indemnify the Organiser from all damages, costs or claims of any nature which may arise through or as a result of the Shaguma Garden cafe Party.

  3. You hereby warrant that you will ensure that a responsible adult shall at all times be in attendance at the Shaguma Garden  Kiddies Party to assist Shaguma child minder  and that such adult shall assume responsibility for the safety and well being of any minors or other party who may be in attendance at the  Shaguma Garden Café  Kiddies Party.

  4. The Organiser shall arrange the Party as agreed to with you, which shall include providing the themed Party and such goods, service, materials and consumables as may be agreed to with you in writing and stipulated in the written quote furnished to you by the Organiser. The Organiser shall not however be under any obligation to deliver any other goods, services, materials or consumables which are not specified in the written quote.

  5. (Where applicable)The Organiser shall timeously set up the themed party at your premises on the day of the Shaguma Garden Cafe Kiddie Party and shall clean up following the party. You agree to allow the Organiser or its representatives reasonable access to your premises for such purposes. While the Organiser shall take reasonable care, such access shall be at your risk and the Organiser or its representatives shall not be liable for any damage incurred during such time. You agree that all reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure the safety of the Organiser or its representatives while at your premises and, without limiting this obligation, you shall specifically ensure that all dangerous dogs and other animals are kept appropriately in control.

  6. Furthermore, you hereby agree and warrant that the Shaguma Garden café  Party will be operated in accordance with the reasonable instructions given by the Organiser in the course of the services rendered by the Organiser and the Organiser will not be liable for any consequences for non-compliance with such instructions.

  7. The(Where applicable) Organiser does not warrant the suitability of the premises where the Party will be held and, while the Organiser may give suggestions in this regard (which suggestions you agree to comply with), such suitability will be at your risk.

  8. The fee payable to the Organiser as set out in the quote shall be payable as a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent of the total fee, payable at least two weeks prior to the date of the party and the balance payable on the day of the party, in advance of the party being held. You shall be liable for the payment of the total fee as per the quote.

You shall be liable for replacement costs of any Shaguma Garden cafe party décor or property that is damaged or destroyed during your party.
